Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, use your own account, and protect your account access or private registration link. You are responsible for material you submit. Do not misuse the service, access data without permission, impersonate others, send spam, or infringe another person's rights. PPAVI may restrict access or remove material that violates the rules or threatens the service.

Conferences, works, and media

Schedules, eligibility, fees, deadlines, review, presentations, certificates, and publication follow the information provided for each conference. Submitting an abstract or paper does not guarantee acceptance, a schedule, a certificate, or proceedings publication. The committee may review, request revisions, reject, or withdraw material according to the published workflow.

You retain rights in your work and represent that you have permission from the relevant authors and rights holders. By submitting material for presentation or publication, you grant PPAVI the permission needed to receive, review, store, display approved material, and include it in the conference program or archive. If you provide a Drive video link for a presentation, you authorize PPAVI to retrieve the selected video and upload it to the organizer's YouTube channel, normally as an unlisted video, with presentation title and description. Anyone with an unlisted video's link can still watch it. Contact the organizers before submitting material that must not be published.

Payments and refunds

Applicable fees are shown on the relevant conference page or invoice. Payments through a third-party provider or manual transfer are confirmed only after system or organizer verification. Cancellation and refund conditions follow the event rules and the relevant transaction status; a refund request is reviewed by the organizers and is not automatically granted solely because a work is rejected or a registration is cancelled.

External services and availability

Some functions use external services, including Google Sign-In, Drive, YouTube, payment providers, and available AI services. Their own terms and policies may also apply. We work to keep the service available and information accurate, but it may change or be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, or third-party failures. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PPAVI does not guarantee uninterrupted service or acceptance or publication of any material.
