The Institutional, Education, and Training Commission of PPAVI, in the spirit of National Awakening, is organizing the “Curriculum Discussion Forum: Aligning Graduate Competencies with Hospital Needs” as an effort to improve the quality of vocational education while strengthening the alignment of graduate competencies with the needs of the job market.

This activity aims to build constructive dialogue between higher education institutions and employers, identify and develop sustainable cooperation opportunities, gather input for curriculum evaluation to remain relevant to job market needs, and encourage the creation of mutually trusting and supportive relationships among stakeholders.

This activity is a pilot project, with the health sector chosen as a model for collaboration in curriculum development based on job market needs. This forum is held as a meeting of health study programs of PPAVI members with employers. However, study programs from other fields of study are still welcome to participate in this activity as part of the learning process and reference in curriculum development at their respective institutions.

In this regard, we invite representatives from the curriculum leadership, program coordinators, and program secretaries to attend and participate in the forum. Complete information regarding the agenda and our invitation is attached. We also request participants to confirm their attendance through the following link https://s.id/forumdiskusi2026.
